is a report of homes that are on the market or have sold in the last
6 months in your subdivision (or comparable area) within 15% of the
size of your house.
You will receive the same reports licensed realtors and appraisers use
to analyze your real estate market. Use this information to assist you
in your pricing decision. To come up with an estimate of your market
value you can multiply your square footage by the price per foot of
the most comparable homes and make adjustments for differences in floor
plan, location and amenities.
Look at those listings to compare to your home within 15% of size, same
number of bedrooms, baths, condition, location, and garage spaces. A
